Just When You Thought Pandemic News Couldn’t Get Any Worse...

March 27, 2021

Think again!

On February 18th, no less a prestigious source than the New York Times ran this disheartening headline: “You’re Not Imagining It: The Pandemic Is Making Your Hair Fall Out”.

Now your hair is falling out!!! What’s next? A plague of locusts?

According to the Times, doctors are reporting an alarming trend… more cases of stress-related hair loss during the pandemic year. Wow!

And worse, women are more likely than men to suffer from this stress-related type of hair loss!

Here’s the gist of it. Everyone knows about alopecia – baldness. But pandemic hair loss is different, something called telogen effluvium, and it strikes women more frequently than good ol’ male pattern baldness. Because of stress, among other things, your hair falls out in clumps. In clumps!!

So, if you think you’re seeing more hair on the brush or in the sink, maybe you’re not being paranoid.

Hope Is Here

The folks at RevitaLash® Cosmetics were surprised by the Times report for two reasons. Not only the Covid-related hair loss, but because the company’s Thickening Shampoo and Thickening Conditioner were prominently mentioned as part of a regimen that helped a 34-year-old woman get her thinning hair under control.

This was the Times, not fake news, not a paid endorsement… rather, unsolicited testimony from a very happy consumer.

Here’s the story: After her husband noticed a few bald spots on the back of her head early in the pandemic… a 34-year-old business consultant who hasn’t had Covid-19, experimented with products - nothing helped until she began using RevitaLash Thickening Shampoo and Conditioner (along with nutritional supplements). “After half a year of this combination, I finally have the hair issue under control,’” reported Jessica Schiffer in her February 18, 2021 article for the Times discussing stress-induced hair loss. (Reference URL https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/18/style/hair-loss-coronavirus-pandemic.html)

Who Knew?

Well, RevitaLash Cosmetics knew their products were something very special, even the most senior researchers didn’t expect to see the products so prominently featured in the Times.

It’s no wonder RevitaLash Cosmetics sales have gone through the roof since the article first appeared!

More Expert Advice from the Times

You need to beat back stress and thinning hair with a holistic approach that spans meditation, nutritional supplements, better eating, exercise, and shampoos and conditioners made specifically to thicken, strengthen, hydrate, and gently clean hair. No one thing is enough.

For women (and men!) worried about thin looking hair, RevitaLash Cosmetics Thickening Shampoo and Thickening Conditioner are a godsend. They’re the smart way to significantly improve the condition of your hair and scalp, and the best first step in your new “post pandemic” hair care regimen.

And know one thing… the end is in sight!  See you very soon at the cosmetics counter.
